today was uhh interesting.. i flipped out on 2 of my teachers.. most importantly Burman.. czu of waht he was saying about 9-11 i was like soo pissed.. practice was easy today. pre-meet.. tomoro is gunna be insane.. im doing 4x200 and 3xLJ and my 4x2 team is gunna be untouchable. its me, roni, michelle, and alma. and 3xLJ is gunna be good too its me, michelle and katrina. i cant wait cuz i love running at the armory. ill post pics when we get back from the meet. gott my times from wed

School was pretty normal today. except for my lab partner spilling hydrochloric acid on me.. ughh.. then went to change for practice and ADHD kicked in major and i found out i not only can fit inside the sport's lockers, but i can get out of them from the inside too.. Practice they said cross country people and distance go to him, and i went even tho im a sprinter/jumper but i still ran x.c soo i went over there and he said we had to run North.. soo i started backing away.. then Rendos pushed me back over and I was like but im a sprinter/jumper not a distance.. and they were like x.c and i was like ughhh.. soo i ran North which even tho there is a dispute over the distance its about 7-8 miles which is like OWW.. and on the way down the south hills, my feet came out from under me and I slid down the hill, stood up, and fell forward and slid on my stomach.. then on the run i tripped over a recycling bin, was covered in mud, lost my shoe in a puddle, almost ran into a bus, twisted my ankle 3 times, twisted my (bad) knee once, and pulled my hip flexor. All of which better pass by Friday so I can hurdle. but then I went into weight room and did leg stuff (does that make sense? I kill my legs but he has me lift anyways.. ughh w.e) i learned how to race walk.. haha im a hurdler anyways. Then i went to tutor and the kid was impossible and ughh have a headache. gunna go ice my many injuries of the day.

ooo where do i begin? ran the 55HH no prob.. dont know my time.. hit a hurdle with my bad knee which hurts like a bitch now. then did triple, fouled 2 and gott 24'8 1/2" on the last jump. Then did 4x400.. oo where to begin i ran 200 fine and was doing really good, but then i started seeing spots and i just slowed down a little and i hit the 300 mark and my knee was about to collapse and i could see nothing but black.. then i did long jump after i could see straight and jump 11'4", 12"7 1/2", and 12' 1/2".. everyone did really good. cant wait til friday when i can hurdle again! and i gotta learn how to run in a straight line and 3 step.. that would be hott.. and how to land in long/triple jump.. i feel sick still but im soo happy. this just meant soo much to me in a wayy that i cant explain

Then went to Jessie Gomez's house. INSANE!! dancing to Britney Spears! Pole Dancing. I was reuinited with your fridge!! The santa hat lol. "Oops wrong Alex!" lol danced and talked and danced.. then watched Uptown Girls. Good movie. Then went upstairs and played Truth or Dare! that was uhh interesting.. and raiding your kitchen at 3 in the morning.. then 4.30 lol. then listened to music.. then watched Little Nicky.. well parts of it.

went to Alvarts party.. insane! Michelle, Catie, Jessie Gomez, Lori, Alvart (duh..), Alex, Cooper, Timmy, and Rob (I think thats all.. but if I forgot someone tell me) were all there.. and Timmy brought Joe!!! I <3 Joe soo fucking much! me and Jessie Gomez dancing to Barbie Girl lmao.. Jessie Gomez, Cooper and me kept going on walks soo they could talk and I could avoid Alex. Then me and Alex made up, and then we broke up but thats another story.. me and Alvart and the M&M's lol.. "we both missed and it went down both of our shirts." lol.. stealing Cooper's fone. me and Jessie Gomez taking pictures on it "he's probably gunna use it to jack-off to tonite" lmao. Lori got mad at me for no apparent reason.. but really because I'm self-absorbed. I have never put myself before someone else in my life. that's not the way I work.. sorry. Then went to talk to Cooper and Jessie Gomez's sister came.

ran the turkey trot this morning.. just re woke up.. it was 5 miles and i loved the course.. my knee hurt like a bitch tho.. ran into soo many ppl there.. my neighbor, my tv teacher, my 7 th grade science teacher, jenn, janine, janine's mom, kevin, mike pimentel, matt and ryan carlyle, mrs diamond.. and more.. wow had no idea how many ppl ran that.. tired and my knee kills.. going to my aunts now soo yea

So today math: we had a sub who still made me take the quiz even though I missed half the material. then spanish we talked about topless beaches. then ceramics we watched this really dumb movie. english: mrs gibber is writing me up cuz i've been late 5/6 of the days of the marking period and the one day I wasnt late i wasnt in class, and i didnt have my readmit.. then global burman was dressed up as a monk, not worth mocking. then tv i GOTT to be PREGNANT in jessie rocks PSA.. it was great.. then double bio: eww calfs blood blender.. eww.. then hadd to go to math league to get bonus pts in math.. and i gott 1 ? right for gods sake. tutoring later.. ughh still madd at gibber.

Mrs. Gibber made us do a critical lens, and I'm horrible at writing essays because I like freedom when I write and a basic structure, not an outline on how to write it. Well, lets just say I'll be happy if I get a C on this paper. It's like 4 pages long. Really I think Mrs. Gibber needs to hear Chelsea's word of advice "A paper should be like a mini skirt. Long enough to cover anything, but short enough to keep it interesting." ughh I hate English. But at least I finished the essay.

now for the update on my life (not taht anyone cares):
cross country ended. i ran my PB in the 5k at counties by a minute and 45 seconds. (funn stuff) i had a week off and then winter track started. I've officially gone a whole week without screwing my knee up and Lori Michelle and now Catie are my weight room buddies. but me lori and michelle are sprint-jump buddies lol Klutzy, Ditzy, and Spazy. im doing pretty good soo far in winter track, but my face is completly wind-burned now.
Thurs nite Chelsea slept over and it was insane. we were up until 3:30. alex actually thought u were my sister lol. i still wanna know EXACTLY who u talked to and EXACTLY what u said. and jenn im not madd at u no matter what she says.
Sat went to caties for her confirmation party. great times. catie and james are soo cute together lol. and how many "Aww.. how cute" did i get about me and alex?? like 20. and alvart i now see how annoying it really is but u and chris are really adorable together. and im done now with that sentance for like ever cuz its annoying me now too. and classic michelle:
Michelle: "you know hes gunna ask you out rite?"
Me: "yeah."
Michelle: "OMG who told you"
Me: "he did"
lol michelle. that was great. and im officially reunited with my nickel philip thanks to lori.
